As you walk up to a Keith Waters & Associates home, the attention to detail is obvious. You can’t miss the care which has been given to every aspect of the construction.
Our commitment to quality also extends to less obvious elements within the home. Keith Waters & Associates is one of the few builders in the area which still uses Douglas Fir for the majority of its structural lumber. Our wall and roof sheathing are made of plywood, not particleboard or fiber board. Blown insulation fills the wall cavities, avoiding the air pockets that are inevitable with fiberglass batts. And foundation walls are of poured concrete, rather than block.
