Our Luxury Home Tour home for 2008 is an Idea Home! You can tour it this June during the Luxury Home Tour. It will also be featured in the pages of Midwest Living's September/October issue, it celebrates the possibilities of "green" construction and showcases the village greens and open spaces of our new Portico neighborhood in Minnetonka.

At our new neighborhood in Minnetonka, quality of architecture and its environment are more important than the quantity of square footage. Inspired by the American small town neighborhood, the 25 individually designed homes of Portico are set within ecologically maintained woods and wetlands.
