Keith Waters and Associates, Inc. Is a collection of professionals dedicated to building the finest, best-designed homes in the area.

Keith Waters and Associates, Inc. was established in the 1970s under the name of Waters, Cluts and O'Brien. The firm started out as a conventional design firm, engaged in a mix of residential and commercial design.

Two factors caused the structure of Keith's original firm to change. First, Keith became more interested in residential design as a specialty. Secondly, he found that his designs were followed more closely if he acted as the general contractor. The result was the creation of a new company called Waters & Bonner, Inc., which was renamed Keith Waters and Associates, Inc. in 1992.

The new firm specializes almost exclusively in high-quality residential design and construction. It offers a unique capability in the Twin Cities market: a design firm that oversees the creation of its homes along every stage of development, from the earliest conceptual design ideas to the final move-in.

Our designers follow your project from beginning to end, cooperating directly with subcontractors and our job superintendents. They make sure that the project is handled effectively throughout the process, from the overall look of the home to the selection and verification of the knobs on the cabinetry.
